Report - Cost of Goods Sold by Income Facility

Location: Back Office | Reports/Analysis, Financial tab

This report is designed to list the products received by the patient on the Patients |Registration/Billing, Invoices tab that meet the filter criteria selected. For additional information, check out Receiving Items on an Invoice.

Initial Data set

any product on an invoice where

  • the patient is NOT deleted AND
  • the invoice is NOT voided AND
  • the invoice is NOT deleted AND
  • the invoice IS locked AND
  • the product was NOT removed from invoice AND
  • the product IS received

Filters (Select before Generate)

  • Received Date Range.For additional information, check out Receiving Items on an Invoice
  • Product Category.
  • Product. the product entered on the Back Office| Inventory, Products tab and selected on the Patients | Registration/Billing, Invoices tab - Add Product dialog
  • Income Generator. the provider selected on the Back Office | People/Places, Providers tab and selected on the Patients | Registration/Billing, Invoices tab - Add Product dialog
  • Income Facility. the facility entered on the Back Office | People/Places, Service Facilities tab and selected on the Patients | Registration/Billing, Invoices tab - Add Product dialog

  • Received Date. format MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Patient Name. format Last Name, First Name, Middle Name
  • Product Category.
  • Product.
  • Qty. quantity in format 99.99
  • Patient Charge. The gross charge, before discount, to the patient, format $99,999.99
  • Cost. The cost to practice entered on the Back Office | Inventory, Products tab - Product Info subtab, format $99,999.99
  • Total Patient Charge. Quantity x Patient Charge, format $99,999.99
  • Total Discount. Total discount entered on the Patients | Registration/Billing, Invoices tab - Add Product dialog, format $99,999.99
  • Total Cost. Quantity x Cost, format $99,999.99
  • Total Gross Profit. Total Patient Charge less Total Discount less Total Cost, format $99,999.99

Sort Order

  1. Income Facility Name
  2. Income Generator
  3. Received Date
  4. Patient Name (Last Name, First Name Middle)

Subtotals (Group By)

  • Income Facility Name
